The Administration of Armed Forces Hospitals Southern Region orgnised a cermony of Establishment of the Program of Patient Service Excellence and work
shops which was confirmed by His Exellency the General Director of Military of Defense Health Services to pledge training all the employees of the hospital on
service exellence before ending 2022 year with presence of His Excellency, the Director
of the Armed Forces Hospitals Southern Region ,the Major General Dr. Abdullah Saleh Al-otaibi.

The program aims to evolute the patients srevices , reducing the patient suffering , avoiding factors of suffring axacerbation , interducing the health care in gentle way and respect , and to take the corrective actions to transfer the negative experiences to be positive in order to modify the health services which are interduced to the patient in all the hospitals which are following Military of Defense Health Services.
